Issues

I was unable to install the license as our computer is a Mac Studio. I have emailed customer support for assistance in which I was told to try a windows computer which we don’t have. I then was told that someone could come in on team viewer and no one has. So, I have secured someone with a windows computer and we will attempt to resolve the issue later this week. We have been very satisfied with the cameras and their performance but the customer support has been lacking during this process.

so far on.... i do notice the cam keep trying to focus and de focus, i have talk to others there cam do the same, is it a setting......
